Can I find a trigger point?
What im using to determine the stiffness of the tissues is a pact sense. I am currently testing it out for things like trigger points, before and after self massage techniques, and more.
The final screen might confuse some of you because it confused me after I edited it haha. Since I only tested the right leg, the only number you need to look at is the blue one. The purple number is for the left leg and has data because of previous tests.
Now can you reliably palpate and find a trigger point? Short answer is yes and theres plenty of studies to back it up. Here are 4 just to name a few
