Matt McHugh (Matt MQ) having a solo chat alone unedited and very loose random streaming of consciousness after midnight with his microphone. This was unplanned, it just happened while I was doing other voice overs. When I get that pull towards hitting record, I just do it! If it resonates with anyone, AMAZING. If not, well, it's still fun to practice :)

Without listening to the complete audio file, I honestly can't remember what he discussed other than not letting negative forces infiltrate and misdirect communication with others, and insights about how mind energy enslaves us into receiving thoughts that aren't our own.

And, how heart energy and connecting to Divine Source within is the best intelligence one could ever get.
