Not many details yet. Saw this in fb and it had no info but I'm hoping to find out who it was through this. Lebanon is literally the next town over one way from me, and north Franklin the other. The way this cop acted was pretty ignorant and sounds like he could use some training. I know not having all the details isn't ideal but this shows that this happens right here at home as much as ppl don't wanna pretend it does, it does
