If "pandemic is over," why can't Novak Djokovic compete in the U.S.?

Joe Biden says the pandemic is over, but Novak Djokovic can't travel to the United States to compete in the Miami Open because he's not jabbed.

"I'd like to see the stats from Joe Biden on how many people [Djokovic] killed in the UK by competing in Wimbledon," Jamie Jenkins says on The Mark Steyn Show.
