118 am. There are a number of lights at this school remaining on at dark, all year around, others are kept on to very late, PS15 janitor(s) seem to never go home. The whole way PS15 operates changed in 2008, and kept changing to make it a very loud and a very busy operation, using “plausible” excuses. Few things are casual in this St., the spies’ idea is to have a very loud environment around my premises as much as they can as an harassment tool.
