Practicing Inner Peace Presence Meditation Self Inquiry

Meditation can be practiced by anyone, regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs, and it can be done for a few minutes a day or for longer periods of time. It has been found to have many benefits such as reducing stress, anxiety, depression, improve cognitive function, increase emotional regulation and self-awareness.
