Smith and Wesson PC Revolver - out of time

This is my slow timed Smith & Wesson Performance Center .44 Magnum Hunter. It's a tick slow, not much but the problem will only get worse with use unless rectified. I first noticed this issue a few months ago but it was so intermittent that I wasn't all that worried about it.
