Felt a little tired today, but otherwise, this session went okay. I had decided beforehand I wouldn't go any higher than 6 reps, which is why I really took my time with that last one, and probably impacted my speed, a bit. Now I kind of wish I did one more, because that would have been a new rep pr, lol. Oh, well. I also wanted to save energy for the following week, so it is not a huge deal.
