Meaning of Selah in the Bible and how to use it.

In this video I'm talking about the word Selah and how to use it. Selah is found in a few places in the bible, its found in Hebrews and its also found in the Psalms and sometimes in multiple places of the psalms. Selah is actually a form of meditation and putting God's word not only in the heart but in the mind as well. It's cementing it into your own reality and making it a part of who you are and the way that you walk.
