MKPC 20032023: 15 Minute city; Better Quality of life or A Dystopia?

15 minute cities or 20 minute cites or whatever you like to call it. Idea of an 15 minute city is just another name for smart city.
So the elite can trick the people into accepting the idea of smart city to push their agenda.
Cashless society, Digital ID and Social Credit System is an tool for the state to control the people.

Please note: I'm for walkability and alternative transportation choices of an automotive for example: like riding a bicycle, taking a train or any other mean of transport alternative to driving a car.
What I'm not for; is a city turned into a prisonlike place where your activist is monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week; and you have to have permission to go anywhere what in the zone.
