Say goodbye to the cartoons and welcome in the utility. Being non-fungible, NFTs are great vehicles to leverage their underlying value, while maintaining security and uniqueness through blockchain.

If an NFT can represent something of value, that of which cannot be replicated, why shouldn’t we the people be able to leverage anything of value using an NFT to represent that particular item of value?

I know I for one, believe NFTs can represent anything of value. The only question is how can we secure these assets during the loan (if we can represent a real world item as an NFT, you can leverage the item, rather than selling it to get the money you need) and where do these transactions happen?
