Can I file for SSD while I am claiming Workers? Compensation!

Posted on our 2023 Q&A video page, Bob asks:

"Hi ...thank you for the video's. My question is if I'm on workers comp and can I get SSD also where workers comp only pays me 60% of my pay and iv been out on it for almost 2 years workers comp would rather pay me to be out of work then pay for my surgery which was approved by the court.. Thank you...ps. I can not work at all my wrist is in need of a fusion..."
