My Observations on the AAP guidelines for Childhood Obesity

I've gotten a few questions in the 14 Day Reset as to whether or not kids should intermittent fast (my answer is included in this video). This video is really about the unfortunate guidelines for childhood obesity recently set by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Instead of prevention, their guidelines are treatment focused..... and it ain't pretty!
