2-Yr-Old Boy Found by TX State Police on Border By Himself With Backpack & Disturbing Note Inside

A 2-year-old boy was found by a TX State Police officer with nothing more than the clothes on his back and a small backpack containing a toy, a hat, and a disturbing note. The note, which is read by the TX State Police officer, doesn't say who it's from but directs the person who (hopefully) finds him to deliver the toddler to an address in Louisiana. The officer can be heard saying he's two years old and it sounds like the little boy may be from Honduras. The woman in the background notified the authorities when she found the boy wandering by himself.
