Will a cell phone stop a bullet?

Can your smart phone stop a bullet? Is there an app for that? There's only one way to find out. I have seen so many videos where a cell phone being struck actually stopped the bullet and saved the person's life. I had to get out and shoot one for myself. Now, I have heard of everything from decks of cards to pocket watches saving people from bullets. In the end it all depends on what bullet and how fast it was moving.
