SCS N.Africa - Op Crusader - Rommel/Axis React

Per the scenario rules, Rommel was not expecting an attack so the Axis can only do a Reaction Activation (move, no combat, except Rommel can overrun). Playing the victory conditions, the focus of the battle will be Bardia and the Primary road connecting it to Tobruk. With that in mind, the Axis Frontier units move to invest Bardia, while the 15th/21st Pz Div move to secure the primary road, and the Afrika and Ariete Divisions harass the British flank/rear.

The stage is set for "the Battle of Bardia"...
