Alternative ways to contact PLDT 177
PLDT is still having problems with their customer service. Without even an email, PLDT did not even told us how to report problems to them. It is very sad that, It seems PLDT don’t even know how important technical support to a business. It seems they do not even care in giving us a decent service. In light of the problem we are facing I compiled a list on how to report PLDT 177 Enterprise.

Tip 1

Dial 177

Up to the making of this guide there is still no answer and PLDT is referring us to their website. I remember when I ask PLDT why PLDT enterprise is more expensive than home. They answered me that it is because of the technical support. I assume that we are paying for the technical support so where is it now. Maybe we are entitle for a rebate since we pay for the service and PLDT has yet to give it.

I tried to email PLDT Enterprise. A machine answered me and told me to go to the link.

PLDT Alpha Care website

Do not use Firefox to open this website. You’ll not be able to input your telephone number use chrome instead. What I encountered here is I cannot use my Service ID number. It also doesn’t help that the example PLDT use to see where the Service ID number is located uses an old Billing Statement. PLDT did not even update the picture.

PLDT 177 app

This app suppose to be use as an alternative in reporting concern with PLDT. You can download this from Google Play. Last year I tried to use this but I can get this app to work. Now I giving this app another chance, one year in, still some features are not implemented. The app is still won’t accept my Service ID. To think such important information should be included in the bill.
