League of Legends: Ranked - Thresh - Placement Match Game 2

Summary:
Managed to hook Veigar during Level 1 roams and get first blood for Xayah. Some close fights bottom lane. Xayah eventually got really fed and did really well all game. Maokai was roaming everywhere.

Once we got Baron, we took all the inner turrets and inhibitors down so we got super minions going in.

After second Baron, we walked the minions in. I got a bit hook happy and flashed into my death. We even eventually take the Nexus.
