In this video, Attorney Steve® BitTorrent lawyer discusses what happens if you decide NOT to answer the demand letter or ISP subpoena notice from companies like Charter, AT&T, Comcast, and Cox in regard to a Strike 3 Holdings lawsuit. In short, if you do not answer the complaint or respond (for example with a motion to dismiss), the Plaintiff can move for (1) a default (clerk enters) and (2) a default JUDGMENT.
