There are many intentional torts such as assault and battery, false imprisonment, conversion, tresspass, etc., but there are two hidden torts under California State Law (and likely to exist in other states - check your laws) and these are:

1. Tortious interference with contract
2. Interference with prospective business advantage or economic advantage.
