In this exciting episode of Legal Side of Politics, Attorney Steve® IP attorney discusses the recent Trump Twitter takedown of his meme on his twitter channel.

The Meme used a nickelback song to try to make a point about former VP Joe Biden and his memories of certain alleged Ukraine dealings of his son and Warner Brothers had the video post taken down. It is not clear how many hits there were before the DMCA takedown notice.

The LumenDatabase is created (from what I could tell) by Harvard Law School. I am trying to get full access so I can bring your more information about takedowns involving famous people and brands.
