Vexatious Litigant defined by Attorney Steve®

In this episode of Litigation Warrior, Attorney Steve® discusses what a vexatious litigant is, complete with some examples from Wikipedia. In general, under the California Code of Civil Procedure, a vexatious litigant has a specific definition. If someone meets one of the four tests there is a way to have them declared
"vexatious" (and seek to dismiss their case or have them post security).
