1. SLAPP (Strategic lawsuit against public participation)

2. anti-SLAPP motion to strike complaint. (seeks attorney fees and costs). Loser can seek an immediate appeal.

3. SLAPP Back lawsuit (malicious prosecution) to recover damages, and possibly punitive damages.
