Is Omarosa-Trump NDA enforceable?

In this video Attorney Steve tackles the Trump vs. Amarosa dispute over secret tape recordings and the book "Unhinged" and whether or not this alleged "Whistleblowing" by Omarosa violates a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that apparently both she and Trump signed.

Many online have maintained that they believe the NDA is not enforceable on unconscionability grounds, or that it violates public policy. We will see what happens.

We are not licensed in New York and cannot opine on the law in this State.
