CNN v. Trump - Acosta First Amendment Case

Will Jim Acosta get his press credentials back? This case from the D.C. Court will decide. There was a lot of scuffle over the passing off of a microphone. Jim Acosta allegedly pushed the arm of a white house intern whose job was to grab the microphone and move on to the next reporter once a question was answered. He appeared to push her arm down. The white house pulled his press credential. CNN is not suing under the First Amendment (free speech and freedom of the press) and Fifth Amendment due process. We will see what happens.
