BREAKING LEGAL NEWS from the United States Supreme Court. Attorney Steve discusses the Colorado gay wedding cake case. The Supreme Court has ruled 7-2 that Colorado cake maker (Masterpiece cake company) may refuse, consistent with the first amendment to make cakes for a gay wedding (which violates his deeply held believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman.

What does this mean for society going forward?

Is this a good decision?

Can retailer decide not to serve people they do not agree with?

Will this spark a civil rights backlash in the gay and lesbian community?
