Attorney Steve® discusses a new law signed by the California Governor in 2016 [AB 1807], which makes it possible to remove negative comments on a real estate agent or broker's public records database after 10 years. You will have to submit a petition and show evidence of rehabilitation. We can help licensees when the law is put into effect in January 2018. Pass the news.
