In Federal Court, you can only cite other unpublished federal court cases that were issued AFTER 1/1/07. These cases can be cited for persuasive authority. In addition, in Fed Cts. you can cite to unpublished decisions of other federal courts generally speaking. Everything is subject to local rules and current case law so make sure you do your legal research before relying on our videos.

For federal court, look to Fed. Rules App. Proc. 32.1 and 36-3(c) for more detailed information.

Don't forget, there might also be an argument to get the courts to take "judicial notice" of your case, but this approach needs to be first run by an experienced litigation law firm or attorney who can best help you make this determination.
