Make Zero Clearance Inserts with a Splitter for the Table Saw

In this video I make several table saw insert blanks using the planer, band saw and the router with a tracing bit. I set up one of the blanks as a zero clearance insert and added a splitter for increased safety. Check it out and let us know in the comments below how you made your insert plate!
