TODAY: I have quite a few videos that I never got around to posting, so I thought I'd get that done. This video is of me doing a custom workout which is nothing more than a Zone 2 workout for me. I'm not going to spend a lot of time editing these videos until I get to the TdZ videos. Feel free to skip forward in them.
