A heavy day as Colorado recovers from another school shooting as the 17 year old gunman of yesterday's shooting of two deans at East High was found dead yesterday. George tackles that story early in the show.

State Representative Ryan Armagost calls in to the show to discuss HB 1249, a bill he's co-sponsoring which would prevent children under 13 from being prosecuted in Colorado.

We later hear from KNUS afternoon show Steffan Tubbs who is at Arapahoe County District Court where Arsenic DDS James Toliver Craig is set to appear for the formal filing of charges. Craig is a Colorado dentist accused of killing his wife by putting poison in her protein shakes.
