Reacting to Women’s Thoughts About Premature Ejaculation (IMPORTANT)

Premature ejaculation is something that causes a lot of shame and anxiety for lots of men... but what would happen if men PROACTIVELY talked to women about if BEFORE they had sex?

When we don't talk about our sexual fears and shame, they can fester internally and eat us alive. Worse than that, if we do actually have sex with someone without talking about our fears, and then our fears happen, it's usually bad news.

So I asked women who follow me on Instagram: "How would you feel if a man (who you wanted to have sex with) told you he was struggling with premature ejaculation, and that he was working on it... but wanted to tell you up front so there were no surprises?"

THE RESPONSES WERE AMAZING

And in this video I'll read and react to them live, because they point to a very important thing: premature ejaculation is okay, IF you communicate about it, IF you acknowledge you're a work in progress, AND IF you also are taking regular action steps to overcome premature ejaculation too.

In these cases, communication and vulnerability wins 99% of the time.

(Also if you're struggling with PE, please use condoms until you get this part of your sex life under control).

Because the risks of unintentional internal premature ejaculation are VERY high. It can be traumatizing for women to be ejaculated in when they don't want to be, and the risks and implications of unintentional pregnancy are huge.

And in the case of men having sex with men, it's still super high-stakes (STI risk and potentially trauma risk too).

So please let this live be encouragement to TALK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU HAVE SEX with someone.
