Ingredients:

1 Large white or Spanish onion

For the batter mix.
150g of Plain Flour.
Tea spoon of Corn Flour.
150ml of Sparkling Water or Beer.
(Spice this up with a Tea spoon of chilli or Cayenne Pepper)

Flour for your onions rings.
Vegetable or peanut oil to fry.
