Jason Fyk: We've lost confidence in our courts. They're implementing their own bias

Jason Fyk with Nicholas Veniamin: "I don't know what their intentions are.I don't know if we've lost the courts,the lower courts, most Americans, and frankly around the world, we've lost confidence in our courts. They're not doing what they're supposed to do.There's an issue of separation of powers,and the courts are just supposed to implement the law as it's written. And they're not.They're implementing their own bias. They've got their thumb on the scale of justice is what they say."
