Women thriving in mid life and beyond - going from meh's to yeah's

As we age we go through mid life, a lot of us experience a what is next for me? We've raised our family, kids have flown the nest and marriages may have dissolved. Looking in the mirror we see our reflection and often time wonder "who is this stranger staring back at me?" Menopause happens, our bodies change, we may not receive the kind of attention we are used to - but this doesn't have to be the dreaded "end" of us but a transformative and beautiful new beginning.

Today’s conversation is with Dr. Lisa Petty ,otherwise known as the Midlife Alchemist, and Author, gained her PhD centered on the well-being of women in their midlife. She believes that once midlife women embrace these concepts, we can teach and mentor them to our younger generations.

Lisa is now on a mission to inspire and create a midlife movement in which women let go of what they are "supposed to" be and do, and instead embrace their unique gifts and visions for their lives.
