Dealing With Depression

Depression is a shadow, cast upon your existence. When it's a real part of your inner world, it will demand that you act in its interests: Keep the blinds closed, don't get up, don't live. It will start by consuming you, and it will reach outwards to everything it can get its dirty teeth on, including your teeth.

We must tame the darkness. Domesticate it, and socialize it. I go into detail in this video.
