Irish Era of Pirate Radio Parts 1 and 2

The most exciting and progressive era of broasdcasting occured in the 1970s through to late 1980s, in Ireland. This series, recorded and edited on VHS, by Miles Johnston, is an eye on the wall, as it happend history of broadcasting. Key elements in this involved Radio Caroline, (1963) and UFOs, a complete seed change in conscioussness which changed Irish life and social attitudes, and led to SKY television.

Crucial was what people called the "radio Bug", something that grabbed people's creativity and excitment..later to be know as the Intelligence Transfer Sequence "ITS"

This is seeking full backing for a major film of this era.
It changed the world of Broadcasting, with Radio Caroline , and then Lazer 558 in the UK, and then ultimatley to the creation of a multiplatform television platform, Sky TV.
