Feels like an un finish product, Some Function are not implemented
Some help/hints are not updated. For example the help with service ID number is not updated customers cannot see the Service ID at their bills.
Features like calling PLDT is just a link to the default phone app of the phone. Why not directly call PLDT instead of using the app.
Doesn’t provide important information. Example: Estimated time of repair, Details about the problem of the internet, Who is the technician, if a technician is already assigned to assist.
Doesn’t even have a button for applying rebate. How hard is it to implement a button dedicate for rebate.

Conclusion

You know your app is in trouble when your own people doesn’t know it exist . But it will not also hurt to keep the app after all the app is small plus at least you have another way to contact PLDT if the need arises. If you need the service ID ask about at 177
