Another Domino Falls on Gun Control. Striking Down California's Unconstitutional Fee Shifting Law

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses yet another huge win in the matter of South Bay Rod & Gun Club v. Bonta, (Miller v. Bonta) a challenge to California's Code of Civil Procedure 1021.11. In today's episode of "How Bad is California Getting Their Ass Kicked Today?" we see Judge Benitez, from the US District Court, Southern California San Diego Division, strike down California's horrific fee shifting law. This is yet another domino to fall in what is about to become the Spring of Liberty as the court's begin to set our Second Amendment Rights free again.
