IT DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS CAMP RIVER VIEW. I DID THIS 3 DAY BACKPACKING ADVENTURE WITH A FRIEND. WE FISH FOR WILD MOUNTAIN TROUT, CATCH SOME, COOK EM AND ENJOY EATING SEVERAL 5 STAR MEALS.

We began the backpack hiking trip in the forest along a gorgeous creek. We made our way down stream to a remote camping site. After setting up we started fishing and began catching brown trout for dinner. Our cooking method was deep fry, which is my favorite. The fillets where yummy and we had just enough.

After a cold evening we rose to work many fishing holes. Catching was tough but, we were lucky & did trick a few. For dinner we made beer battered fish and chips to eat, which were delicious! And wrapping things up with dessert next to a comforting campfire.

These adventures into the mountains were fun, amazing and memorable!
