Russia and China are openly challenging the Western order. We must act:

1. Global energy dominance - especially in oil, gas, and nuclear, as well as rare earth mining.

2. Fortify alliances- for every ally we let fall, ten more will falter when we need their support. It is not the US versus China and Russia, it is the whole world versus Russia and China.

3. Ensure our allies are not freeloading, but spending an ample amount of defense.

4. Ensure we are investing in our own 21st century military, built to counter great powers, not dirt farmers in the mountains of Afghanistan.
