Scott Adams & Boomer Mindset: "Debunks The Bell Curve" - editorial

The Boomer when cornered with uncomfortable facts will often lash out with "How is that information useful? How does it improve your life?" As if immediate utility is the only way to view information.
At least I hope that is a Boomer thing, I don't know. But that's where I've heard that line of thinking originating from.
