Pro-life MP: 'Legalizing the killing of infants is deeply disturbing'

Pro-life MP TedFalk presented a petition in the HOC on March 23 from Canadians who are deeply concerned that the Quebec College of Physicians has recommended infanticide to babies with deformities or syndromes. Why is it that we're even talking about this? Have we reached such a moral low here in Canada that we need to be addressing why killing infants is wrong? God have mercy on our nation!
