Alec Baldwin’s Attorneys Claim His Constitutional Rights Have Been Violated

Alec Baldwin, who shot and killed a cinematographer on the set of "Rust," is now criticizing the special prosecutor.

Baldwin's counsel claimed in a new court filing that the special prosecutor, New Mexico state Rep. Andrea Reeb, used her public statements to further her career and violated Baldwin's Constitutional rights. This Monday, the state representative withdrew from the case because she could not use judicial and legislative power.
