Using education and awareness to reduce Black maternal mortality rates

Black mother and infant death rates continue at alarming rates in the United States, as well as in the Central Valley. 23ABC's Brianna Willis spoke to the organizers of the first ever Kern County Black Maternal Festival, who want to use education and empowerment to reverse the trend.
