This Our doctrinal and canonical Decree is binding in conscience all who truly want to be true Catholics and it is NOT open to discussion in any way whatsoever. This Our Decree addresses also those members of the heretical and apostate sectarian laity who sacrilegiously took it upon themselves to usurp the clerical (and in this matter even Papal !!!) authority to teach their own doctrinal and canonical inventions, which are thus declared by Our Supreme Teaching Authority as null, utterly void, sacrilegious, abominable and highly offensive to Catholic eyes and ears, and most importantly, if these heretics persevere in these abominable heretical fraudulent opinions let them understand that they will bring upon themselves the wrath of God Almighty, and at the end swift Divine punishment, ultimately and eternally in Hell...
