If fiber is good for the bowel,
then, when we have bowel
disease, why do we
rest the bowel?
If fiber is so good for us, why
is the bowel pushing it out
at all costs?
Fiber causes
-microabrasions in gut lining
-increased mucous secretion
-inflammation
-block nutrient absorption

People say we have flat teeth...
-we do not
-we have bicuspids
-flat teeth act as millstones
grinding fiber into mush
-our teeth cannot move
side to side

We have smaller teeth and
jaw muscles...
-gorillas' head is large to hold
huge mastication muscles
Our shoulders rotate so that
we can throw objects, weapons
very accurately
Chimpanzees do not have
this shoulder capacity
-throw baseball only 20 mph
vs average human: 60 mph

We have forward-facing eyes
with good 3D vision
-better for hunting prey animals
Prey animals have wide-set eyes
to see a wider range for
defense
