Dan Down, Dan Down..with extra bonus bonus footage!! Wow!!

Thanks to the friend for securing this extra footage of the event that occurred Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the U of Oklahoma, between Daniel Lee and a student. Authorities stated due to video footage evidence, it appeared that Lee made the initial physical contact with the student, which led to the student’s response actions. LE stated that both parties could file a report for assault and let the courts sort it out, which they both declined to do so. Lee went on with his activities for the day interacting with a large group of students. Although it was loud, and many students seemed to be disturbed by Lee’s alleged preaching/behavior, no further significant acts were noted that day. The campus did request Lee to relocate on campus, standing behind a barricade. Lee was on campus almost 3 hours that day.
It should be noted, this is not the first time that Lee allegedly may have caused students to become somewhat unruly, and upset by his presence and/or behavior. At a campus in Memphis recently Lee came very close to initiating, allegedly, a riot, on another campus, a female student punched him in his abdomen during his fall tour. On other campuses, students have taken his banner, thrown cake, soda and ranch dressing at him. Their actions seem to follow Lee’s alleged name calling, belittling, bashing, and calling out students along with yelling at them. A few college papers along with a local news station or two have posted these events that occurred on campus.
One might ask, could it be Lee’s actions that have led to the students responses. Lee has also, allegedly, yelled at Professors, telling one female professor she is a good reason why women should keep their mouths shut.
Are these colleges allowing Lee to practice his 1A right while possibly putting their student’s mental and physical health in jeopardy? When does the freedom of speech cross the line to personal attacks, and/or harassment and may be considered hate speech?
Lee plans to continue his spring college tour as planned finishing up in June.
