Adultery and fornication, self-inflicting soul wounds

I misquoted this verse in the video- 1 Corinthians 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
The below passage is also educational regarding harming one's own soul by sinning against wisdom. Probably how I mixed up that first verse-
Proverbs 8:32-36
