HEBREW PRAYER #108: CONFESSION PRAYER

Daniel 9:4-5 (KJV) 4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments; 5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

CONFESSION PRAYER

וָאֶתְפַּלְלָה לַיהוָה אֱלֹהַי וָאֶתְוַדֶּה וָאֹמְרָה אָנָּא אֲדֹנָי הָאֵל הַגָּדוֹל וְהַנּוֹרָא שֹׁמֵר הַבְּרִית וְהַחֶסֶד לְאֹהֲבָיו וּלְשֹׁמְרֵי מִצְוֺתָיו

Ahnaah (O) 𐤀𐤍𐤀
Ahdanaya (Lord my) 𐤀𐤃𐤍𐤉
Haahla (the power) 𐤄𐤀𐤋
Hagadawal (the great) 𐤄𐤂𐤃𐤅𐤋
Wahanawaraah (and the dreadful) 𐤅𐤄𐤍𐤅𐤓𐤀
Shamar (keeping) 𐤔𐤌𐤓
Habaryath (the covenant) 𐤄𐤁𐤓𐤉𐤕
Wahachaasad (and the mercy) 𐤅𐤄𐤇𐤎𐤃
Laahhabyawa (to love them him) 𐤋𐤀𐤄𐤁𐤉𐤅
Walashamarya (and to keep them) 𐤅𐤋𐤔𐤌𐤓𐤉
Matazawathyawa (commandments them him) 𐤌𐤑𐤅𐤕𐤉𐤅

חָטָאנוּ וְעָוִינוּ והרשענו וּמָרָדְנוּ וְסוֹר מִמִּצְוֺתֶךָ וּמִמִּשְׁפָּטֶיךָ

Chaataahnawa (sinned have we) 𐤇𐤈𐤀𐤍𐤅
Wainawanawa (and iniquity have we) 𐤅𐤏𐤍𐤅𐤍𐤅
Waharashinawa (and wickedly have we) 𐤅𐤄𐤓𐤔𐤏𐤍𐤅
